Are you our next Continuous Improvement Lead? The Continuous Improvement Lead will assists in the development and sustainability of a continuous improvement culture within Mosaic. Aides functional group leaders in setting direction and strategy (e.g., prioritization, execution, planning) in support of the company's strategic objectives.  Facilitates reviews of company's practices, processes, and systems with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational and capital improvement opportunities, as well as, operational excellence sustainability. Reviews business financials, Key Performance Indicators, and strategic planning initiatives to ensure the envisioned environment is met Deploys continuous improvement tools (i.e., Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, Waste, Workout) and site-wide change management initiatives.  Leverages lean skills and other continuous improvement methodologies to identify and prioritize waste reduction opportunities.  What will you do? Assess and oversee the optimization of the facility performance management system to improve plant metrics, cadence, systems, reliability, engagement, safety, and quality.  Manage and report the performance management specifics to the facility management team including metric generation, meeting cadence, meeting effective (including dialogues). Assist in designing new procedures and methods for operational processes.  Utilizing projects charters with deliverable's, will work with site leaders/change integration employees to identify, modify, and sustain desired changes including reducing waste and improving inefficiencies. Mentor employees to realize benefits from all continuous improvement initiatives.  Act as a change agent to the site/organization.  Manage risk, issues and participate in the removal of barriers to ensure completion of continuous improvement milestones on task and budget.  Assist formal and informal change managers and enablers to optimize the ability of the site to effectively implement change at the optimal pace and sustainability. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and prioritize improvement opportunities with the management team. Manage the project portfolio, reporting status and benefits of projects in conjunction with the management team. Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards. Manage performance issues when necessary. Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent.  Support employees in their career development at Mosaic. Lead projects and initiatives from idea generation to strategic execution.  Provide strategic insight and evaluation of the organizations progression.  Provide coaching and counseling throughout the organization.  Act as a mentor for the CI staff and organizations leadership, supervisory staff and front line personnel.  Able to participate and influence strategy, planning, and execution depending in project or initiative needs. What do you need for this role? Bachelor's Degree required, with a major in Business Education, Technology Education, or Related Field required. 8+ years of Business Management experience required. Project Management experience required. Six Sigma experience preferred. Statistical Analysis, and operations experience preferred. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
