Corporate HR Recruiter

We are partnering with an industrial equipment company in the Tampa area, who is seeking a high-energy Junior Recruiting Coordinator to add to their growing team! You would be directly assisting the HR Generalist with high volume recruitment, screening candidates, and on-boarding new employees!?
Principal Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:?
- Sourcing for qualified applicants and candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.
- Creating job postings on social media sites and other job boards?
- Professionally representing the company at local job fairs?
- Screening applicants over the phone?
- Scheduling in person interviews?
- Assisting with on-boarding process for new employees?
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community colleges for technician recruitment programs
- Directly assisting the HR manager with special projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations?
Qualifications and Requirements:? - 1-3 years of high-volume recruitment required?
- Recruitment experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or construction industry required (recruitment for mechanics, technicians, etc.)?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR required?
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred?
- Experience with applicant tracking system?
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting?
- High attention to detail?
- Ability to take initiative?
- Exceptional organization, writing and communication skills?
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite?
- Willingness to travel 20% within Florida Area

Temporary to hire opportunity. Starting pay is $16-$20/hr depending on experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
