Cardno ENTRIX is seeking a Project Accounting Coordinator/Analyst to work in our Riverview, FL office. This position will work with our Accounting and Business Operations team to provide comprehensive business support to a multidisciplinary team of technical staff in the East Area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
> Detailed manipulation and analysis of data within Excel
> Project budget setup, review and maintenance
> Variance analysis
> Provide support and training to technical staff on various processes including project setup and BST general navigation and reporting features
> Ad hoc inquiries and custom report generation out of BST and Deltek Vision
> Work with project managers and project coordinators to gather information for accounting and reporting needs
> Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
> Advanced Excel skills required
> Undergraduate degree, preferably in Accounting
> Minimum of 3 or more years professional experience
> Ability to work in office 40 hours per week
> Detail oriented with good organizational skills
> Excellent oral and written communication skills required
> Must possess a professional manner and a customer service approach
> Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
Qualifications:
> Experience using BST and/or Deltek Vision preferred
> Previous variance analysis experience preferred
> Experience with training individuals or groups a plus
> Experience with preparing instructional guides a plus
> Solid time management and follow-through skills, with the ability to simultaneously work on and manage multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines
> Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
