The Customer Service Representative manages the Front Desk as follows:
Greets clients, providing a hospitable welcome.
Assists clients with information, purchases, scheduling, questions or concerns.
Keeps Front Desk neat, orderly and sanitized at all times.
Works collaboratively with other team members and managers.
Skills and Qualifications necessary for success:
Passionate, friendly, organized and dependable.
Front Desk experience and solid customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills to easily build relationships, assess customer needs and recommend the best services.
Knowledge of multi-line phone system, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Bilingual candidates preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
