As a vital support role within our creative team, you will collaborate closely with the Content Creator to streamline workflows, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth execution of content production.

Key
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist in organizing and managing the Content Creator's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
Handle email correspondence and other communications on behalf of the Content Creator.
Research and Data Gathering:
Conduct research to gather information and data relevant to content creation projects.
Compile and organize reference materials for content development.
Content Coordination:
Collaborate with the Content Creator to gather assets and resources needed for content production.
Assist in coordinating logistics for photo shoots, video shoots, and other content creation activities.
Social Media Management:
Support in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
Assist in maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field IS A PLUS.
Experience in an administrative or assistant role IS A PLUS.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
